To Whom It May Concern:
I am an avid chocolate eater, and I would like to complain about your chocolate. I think that your chocolate is an insult to all the other chocolates of the world. It is very bitter and doesn't melt in your mouth, which is a very good quality in chocolate. All of the chocolates of the world have a distinct taste, but Hershey's, however, tastes too plain to remember that this chocolate is extraordinary. I was appalled by the taste of your chocolate.
I think to better your taste of chocolate is to simply make it more rich. The best chocolate in the whole world, in my opinion, is Milka. It has the texture, the taste, and the richness any good piece of chocolate should have. I think you should take advice from European chocolate companies, who in several people's opinions have the best chocolate. Would you want your company to be in financial distress because you are not putting out the best quality of chocolate?
I wouldn't want one of the United States' most popular candy and chocolate companies to go down because of a bad product. I would like to say that Hershey Bliss is somewhat of an improvement to your chocolate making, however very pricey for as little as you get. Is it really that hard to make good chocolate at an affordable price?
Sincerely,
Elizabeth McGuire
